Discount for kids up to 10 years old in room with 2 adults. From 6 months old to 2 years old -60%; from 2 to 6 years old -50%; from 7 to 10 years old -30%. 
Room with 1 adult + 1 child from 6 months to 7 years old -20%; room with 1 adult + 2 children -20% the first child up to 7 years old, discount for the second based on the age.

Booking are accepted with a € 200,00 deposit per person.

In the reason for payment specify ” deposit , surname of the reservation , date of arrival and departure data “

On the arrival day rooms will be available from 13.00 pm; the departure’s day they will have to be left before 10.00 am.

Small pets are allowed with an additional cleaning charge of € 15,00.

All prices are intended per person with full pension, drinks excluded.Half pension difference € 5,00 from 01/2 to 02/6 and € 10,00 from 02/6 to 30/9.

Cancellation Policy : For cancellations within 8 days from the deposit will not be returned but may be used for a stay next . For cancellations from 7 days to no show the deposit will be retained as compensation . In case of early departure , the customer is required to pay the room for at least 3 nights .
